Around 60 wineries pour rosé wines and bubblies in the sunny City Park for 3 days. The entrance is free including live music programmes, only an official Rosalia glass is needed to be rented or purchased, and then the festival-goers pay for the wines and food they consume.

On a cold, wet Sunday afternoon, what better way to enjoy yourself than with some wonderful food and drink? And the crowds did come out to enjoy the annual Mangalica Festival. If you fancy a taste of a pig that came close to extinction just a few decades ago, the magnificent mangalica meat is said to be even tastier and healthier than regular pork.

Handmade Hungarian Flavors Festival is a food fair and festival with lots of good, handmade foods and drinks, and nice concerts. The festival takes place in the Millenaris Park cultural complex on the Buda side of Budapest, between 16 - 18 November.
